Hi there!
I am Diana Calleja
I'm a wildlife photographer born in Canada now living in Florida. My husband had encouraged me to get a digital camera and I decided to give it a try. In Florida I found an abundance of wildlife to fulfill my need. It is exciting and challenging. A friend coined the saying "photography is an extreme sport.(I have stories!)" Taking photographs has gone from a pastime to a hobby to a full time passion!
Learning about animal behavior has made me realize how fragile life is. We must do what we can to help preserve it. You can find me at art shows. This is where I feel like an advocate for wildlife and nature in general. None of these animals are in captivity.
